The Baylor alum, and former 2-time indoor national champion, has been instrumental over the past 2 decades in Baylor’s success on the track, mentoring countless All-Americans, program record holders, and national champions. Now, in his 3rd year as Head Coach at his alma mater, Coach Ford is leading Baylor to nationals, and is looking forward to an incredible opportunity with Team USA this summer at the Olympics.

On today’s episode we get to know Baylor Baseball’s Cole Posey, a 5th year senior from Georgetown, Texas. Growing up in a Baylor family, Cole was a huge fan of the Bears, and always dreamed of suiting up for them one day. And after a few stops around the country, that dream came true 2 years ago. Now, in his final year, the do-it-all first baseman is playing the best ball of his career, while also pursuing some big dreams away from the diamond.

On today’s episode we get to know Baylor Softball’s Sydney Collazos, a senior from Georgetown, Texas. From the time she stepped on campus in 2021, Sydney has been an important part of Coach Moore’s lineups, both on the diamond, and in the dugout as an extrovert and a leader. Now, in her final year in the green and gold, Sydney has embraced every moment with her team, and is looking forward to pursuing a career in the medical field when her time at Baylor is done.
