Lindsey Maza is a Certified Self-Love Coach, Leadership Coach and Reiki Master with a mission to bring compassion, empathy, and trust back into the workplace one human at a time - starting with ourselves. After spending 14 years as a leader in the fashion industry, she became burnt out, disconnected from herself, and eventually became a toxic leader.

We'll explore self-love through the lens of a physical therapist who wants to help others understand the importance of mindset, commitment to self-care, and willingness to change on health outcomes.

Mari Hercher was raised in southern California and earned her undergraduate degree in psychobiology at UCLA, where she developed an interest in the brain-body connection and it's effect on physical performance. After earning her doctorate in physical therapy at UCSF, she found herself settling into the local bay area community to provide care that focuses on helping people heal physically and build resilience for the future. Mari loves working with people who look at their health as a long-term investment and want help preparing for a healthy future. She runs a sliding-scale private practice, Vitality Physical Therapy in Berkeley, with a focus on treating chronic pain, traumatic and cumulative injuries.
