Originally from Missouri, Tristan moved to the Northwoods of Wisconsin to fulfill his dream to own and operate a farm. Monika Dziuba is an independent dairy veterinarian that works with farms in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Her work on farm focuses on milk quality and parlor efficiency evaluations, calf health and management, and in Spanish employee training. She is a 2023 graduate from Michigan State University and went to practice in the central valley of California before returning to her home state of Michigan and starting her own business, Dairy MD. With Dairy MD, Monika works with farms of all sizes to work as a part of the team where she works with the employees and performance over time to improve the productivity and profitability of farms. Monika's goal is to help dairies achieve their goals and improve daily operations in a way that each farm can customize with their wants and needs.
