In this special episode, Vanguard students Nicole, Kyelle, Mia, and Wanely take over the mics to interview Natasha Dzurny, an inspiring engineer, maker, and the founder of TechnoChic.


    Listen in as Natasha shares her journey from making jewelry to working with electronics, explaining how she successfully combines traditional crafting with technology. The students ask fantastic, interesting questions about the engineering design process, learning to prototype, and why "failing on purpose" is a crucial part of becoming a successful creator.     Welcome to the premiere episode of The School Onederful Show, coming to you live from Vanguard Studios!

    In this debut episode, we flip the script on the classroom. Join Mr. G as he sits down with 5th-grade teachers Ms. Simatos and Ms. Pizzarelli, along with student co-hosts Noelle and Edgar. Together, they dive into a unique "backwards design" lesson where the students became the graders.

    Listen in to hear how our 5th graders learned to "crack the code" of the Research Simulation Task (RST) by evaluating past essays, discovering why content matters just as much as grammar, and finding their own voices as writers. It’s all about student empowerment at School No. 1!
