    "Lamar Jackson was magnificent once again, and he did something that he has done for the fourth time in his career, and that is post a perfect passer rating. He's the only quarterback to have done that. This is saying a lot for a man who came in and organizations wanted to draft him at running back instead of quarterback. This is saying a lot for a man.     "Youth but why doesn't he want to go out? That's where the problem resides. Well think of it from the parents view. How would you feel if your child were shut up in a room? Youth I'd be worried. Of course. I want to help him return to society. I want him to be well. And I wonder if I raised him improperly. I'm sure I would be seriously concerned and try in every way imaginable to help him back to a normal existence."
