    I see event as a place to network, spot trends, and of course, do business. But unlike massive international fairs like SIAL or Anuga, the event on our agenda today is something else entirely. It’s organized by a retailer, for its own network of stores and suppliers. A private, large-scale gathering that deserves a closer look.
