The Rejected Stone Becomes the Cornerstone

In this homily, we see how the story of Joseph helps us understand the Cross. Joseph was rejected by his brothers but later became the one who saved them. In the same way, Jesus—rejected and crucified—becomes the cornerstone of our salvation. God can bring great good even out of evil. The homily reminds us that the gift we receive through Christ’s sacrifice is our inheritance—eternal life. We are also invited to reflect on our own lives: will we accept Jesus and trust Him, even when we face our own crosses?
