In this episode of The Questioned I will be talking about the case of Victoria Climbié, a 7 year old girl who was failed by the system at every attempt to save her. Her case is still very relevant today, as 24 years on we still remember her case and its legacy, in reforming the child protection services we still use today. This case is an incredibly sad and shocking one so listener discretion is advised.
