Together they discuss: Dr. Jahangir's journey from traditional pharmaceuticals to natural remedies, benefits of holistic health practices, science-backed benefits of common kitchen ingredients like ginger/garlic/ turmeric, and the importance of listening to our bodies.

Dr. Tooba Jahangir is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who traded clinic days for natural remedies, and never looked back.
