The Heritage Foundation is a right-wing think tank that has long pushed free market idealogy, but a recent report they put out suggests that may be changing. SpaceX is a private space company run by Elon Musk that hopes to one day put a man on Mars. Starship is the first step towards accomplishing that goal.
