Are ghosts ghosts?

Thought: I always wonder if ghosts are higher dimensional beings that can expend their energy or anti energy to make an appearance in this world, what we see I would understand as pure energy or unstable particles that experience rapid decay in our system.

Experience: I had an imaginary friend as a young child, a lady in white. I didn’t remember her or see her for a long time. FF to when I was 15, my dad just drove me to a prison school, in Ohio and threatened to enroll me for skipping class in High school. I cried in the shower later, probably the most upset I’ve ever been. As I sobbed. I felt her touch my shoulder. I felt a touch and I saw her in my mind.

Personal theories: if the universe expands and collapses over and over again, maybe we have a personal ghost as a guardian and it’s traits are identified by your previous actions in a previous life, pre-collapse of the universe and are tied to traits less understood eg luck, imagination, sanity.

Quantum smell, I think you’re thinking of vibrations instead of rotations, but I’m also unsure because I haven’t read anything about the topic yet, but most quantum theories are exactly just theories.

My final thought on ghosts. They could be cost pre or post death, nothing is ever truly gone after it has been, so why couldn’t we assume the same for what will be? Bob, to your point about waves, once you see waves come to shore, on the opposite side of that same water, there are waves that can be seen returning to the ocean. This is also how I think about energy. So I think at some capacity, something like a ghost could exist, but maybe not in the same capacity we imagine. I do believe phantoms of entities exist through time, as once something has happened, it always exists Somewhere, or maybe more accurately at sometime, and maybe sometimes, our timeline and the ghost’s timeline overlap

Sorry if this is not the most coherent, but I had to wait until the end of the podcast to comment, so I was sitting on these thoughts for a little while before writing them down.
