This whole episode is dedicated to the Healing Power of Plants. I always ask my guests what lifts them and for me it’s being out in nature and being around my plants and in my garden. It’s incredible what plants do for us, they give us nutrition through food, they have medicinal properties to heal us, filter our air and so much more.
