The Power of Now

We have all heard the expression 'living in the moment,' but what does that really mean? Living in the now is all we have for certain, the past is behind us and the future is not within our control, and whilst we understand this, it's hard for us conceptually to live in the present moment. We all have our stories, whether it's our past or our future holding us at the mercy of the present. We just want to explore this a little with you guys and see what comes up!
