The Power Within 16: Why listening will make you a better communicator

Thank you for joining me for episode 16 of The Power Within! In this episode I am discussing one of the most difficult skills for some people to master, and that skill is listening. I really feel like we all keep ourselves so pre occupied with numerous thoughts that we think that just because we can hear someone talking, also means that we are listening. And that is actually very far from accurate. I share a few examples including one where I am learning a life lesson from my daughter on this topic, all because I was not actually listening! So if you want to improve your communication skills, I highly recommend you spend some time learning the listening side of this first, as I feel this is more important that what you actually say.
