    • Guest: Taryl O’Shea is the newly appointed CEO of the Arabian Horse Association. Taryl has more than 25 years of experience in the Arabian horse industry. She previously served as Executive Director of the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona for more than two decades, where she successfully managed and led the internationally recognized Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. She has also served as Director of the Global Champions Arabians Tour – Americas, in addition to holding leadership roles in the automotive industry. O’Shea has been a member of AHA for nearly three decades. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business marketing, and executive education programs from Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania.

    Piper speaks with FEI Level 4 Course Designer, Technical Delegate and Course Director Guilherme Jorge who recently designed the $1,000,000 Rolex US Equestrian Open Grand Prix at Wellington International and served as the Jumping Technical Delegate at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.     • Guest: Guilherme Jorge is an FEI Level 4 Course Designer, an FEI Level 4 Technical Delegate and an FEI Course Director who has worked at six Olympic Games, including the 2024 Paris Olympics as the Jumping Technical Delegate and the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games as the Course Designer. Originally from Brazil but now living in Wellington, FL, Guilherme started as a sport horse veterinarian in 1990 and practiced for eight years before becoming a course designer. For the last nine years, Guilherme has been the course designer for the final grand prix at Wellington International. He was also the Head Course Designer at the 2005 and 2007 FEI World Cup Finals in Las Vegas, the Head Course Designer at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, and the Head Course Designer at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, among many other top shows in the world.

    • Guest: Paul Haefner, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Riding Far, LLC, with over 35 years of experience. He works with equestrians to sharpen mental focus, build confidence, and improve emotional regulation, transforming both performance and the rider–horse relationships. Through his work with Riding Far, Paul is committed to collaborative integration of modern psychology, equine science, biomechanics, and horsemanship. He helps riders better understand themselves, their horses, and how to create meaningful change. Together, the Riding Far team provides education, mentorship, and guidance that support both riders and instructors, fostering lasting success and well-being for horse and human alike.
    • Guest: Parker Peacock is a top junior competitor in all three rings who started her riding career at her home farm “Peacock Acres” that her mom Ashley owns. She then rode with Victoria Colvin for eight years before joining the team at Ashland Farms. Some of Parker’s top accomplishments include 2026 winner of the WEC Premier Equitation Cup Championship, reserve champion at the 2025 Maclay and USEF Medal Finals, as well as winner of the Wilson Dennehy Award and Kip Rosenthal Award. All of those accolades were aboard Montverdi, owned by Ken and Emily Smith, with whom she started partnering with last year - which was also his first year in the equitation. Parker was also grand champion in the 2025 3’6" USEF Junior Hunter Finals aboard Verified in their first show together. In the fall she will go on to ride for the team at Auburn University.

Working alongside her sister and mom, Sandy Walker, Tiffany has spent the past 25 years developing riders from their first time in the saddle to ribbon winners at major competitions such as Wellington International, Junior Hunter Finals, the Washington International Horse Show, the National Horse Show and IEA Nationals.

    • Guest: Jacob Arnold is one of the United States’ top combined driving athletes. Originally from Snow Camp, NC, he began driving at age 8 with the family pony and went on to earn the title of USEF Junior Equestrian of the Year in 2011. He has represented the U.S. at five FEI World Championships and won the Single Horse Marathon at the 2014 World Championships. He is also a multiple-time USEF National Champion in both pair horses and pair ponies. Today, Jacob runs JA Combined Driving, where he continues competing at the highest levels of the sport while helping grow combined driving in the US.
    • Guest: Dr. Andrew Smith is an equine surgeon at Peterson Smith Equine Hospital + Complete Care in Florida. A lifelong horseman who started out riding cutting horses as a teenager, he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine before completing a surgical residency and Ph.D at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. His research has focused on advanced imaging and new treatments for osteoarthritis in horses. Dr. Smith became board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2017 and previously practiced at Woodside Equine Clinic in Virginia before returning to Florida.
    • Guest: Olaf Petersen is an FEI Level 4 Course Designer, and has designed tracks for Longines FEI World Cup Qualifiers at over 13 locations in 10 different countries. His course designing career began in 1990, and he earned his International Course Designer status from the FEI in 2002. He served as Co-Course Designer at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. He then designed the Southeast Asian Games in Manila in 2005 and the Asian Games in Doha in 2006. Olaf returns to Live Oak International for the fifth time.
