Marhsall County native and competing member of the USA's Parapan Pan American Olympic Games team - Cooper Blair was gracious enough to call the guys from The Pine Room on The Watchdog Radio Network all the way from South America and his hotel in Chile to talk about his experience both as a participant in the games but also his life experience. Having suffered amniotic band syndrome before birth, Cooper had both legs amputated from below the knees but never let that stop him from taking on his dreams and running for his country at the Olympic level.
