"I find this topic completely fascinating, and so relevant - as Civil Servants, it’s almost an inevitability that our careers will be punctuated by change in one form or another. As priorities shift and evolve, developments with tech offer opportunities to innovate and do things differently, the way we work, how we’re set up to deliver, the spaces we occupy, the equipment we use and the behaviours and culture that underpin how we operate and evolve.
