The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by Greg Grogan, an active Police Officer, U.S.M.C. Veteran, and current U.S.C.G. Reservist.

T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of normalizing mental health challenges our community faces on a daily basis. In addition, our podcast enjoys recording episodes with other non-profit organizations that offer support and resources for our community.

T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists while maintaining confidentiality. As of 1/7/2026, T.O.C. has financially assisted 288 people in our community to attend 2,031 therapy sessions spending $318,795.50 since August of 2022!

    Devon spent 9 years in the Air Force National Guard and was working on refueling various fighter jets over combat zones. Throughout his time in the National Guard, Devon began volunteering as a fire fighter before becoming a full time firefighter.

    Devon shares a tragic story about being in an ambulance with a young patient and being involved in a traffic collision, which was extremely traumatic. Take a dive into his story, which includes the common challenges with worker's compensation.

    We also discuss comparing trauma, suicidal ideations, self-awareness, childhood trauma and its effect on our community, etc. Part 2 coming soon!
