The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by Greg Grogan, an active Police Officer, U.S.M.C. Veteran, and current U.S.C.G. Reservist.

T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of normalizing mental health challenges our community faces on a daily basis. In addition, our podcast enjoys recording episodes with other non-profit organizations that offer support and resources for our community.

T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists while maintaining confidentiality. As of 2/4/2026, T.O.C. has financially assisted 292 people in our community to attend 3,068 therapy sessions spending $322,835.50 since August of 2022!
