A little about Alison, she is an intuitive mother of two sons. While currently devoted to Motherhood, she has a background as a Yoga, Meditation, & Movement teacher, a Human Design Guide, and is currently enrolled with the School of Breathwork to receive an International Certificate in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery. Alison leads her life with intentionality & purpose as she strives to live and parent in ways that break free from generational and societal patterns.

We speak about modern psychology, the gap in support and reflections for child who have suffered under pathological narcissism. Christian shares with us his journey around addiction, his recovery, his presence in the on-line space , growing up in a confusing home with wealth, power, divorced parents, and so much more .
