The New Format

Ted's switching it up - this episode if a brief synopsis of what's ahead, and how it's going to work from here on out.

What can we say.... New times call for new actions. The new format going forward will be more educational/instructional; very excited to make it happen with you all.

I'm still taking clients, both personal and group - but no longer teaching regular classes.

Join me in learning some awesome, helpful ways in practicing your own personal presence in this lifetime. Mind/body/heart - we work on them all at once, not parsed apart.
