Eric Bardy is a seasoned real estate investor and private lender based in Southern California, with a portfolio that reflects both strategic discipline and hands-on experience. His journey began with a rental property in Orange County and a five-unit multifamily in Cathedral City. Since then, Eric has successfully funded several contractor loans and fix-and-flip projects, and he is currently partnering on flips in Orange County while renovating two new rentals in the Sacramento area.
Originally from Northern California, Eric grew up in the Sacramento area before relocating to Orange County in 1994. He and his wife purchased their family home in Lake Forest in 1995, where they raised three children and now enjoy time with their three grandchildren. Eric holds an MBA and brings over 30 years of management experience in the electronics industry. He currently works for Extron in Anaheim, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of commercial audio/video equipment.
At 65, Eric is focused on building additional streams of disposable income to supplement his retirement, with financial goals centered around supporting his love of fishing, off-roading, and future RV travel across the U.S. Whether it’s reeling in offshore or carving dunes in Glamis, Eric brings the same energy and precision to his investments as he does to his favorite pastimes.
