Neil uses concepts from Co-Active Leadership and Relationship Systems Intelligence, findings and facts from leadership research, and a personal example to illustrate how racism is expressed by well-meaning white people as dangerous blindspot, yet an everyday experience for Black people. He offers an invitation to leaders and organizations interested in moving the needle on corporate diversity and inclusion efforts with specific focus on anti-Black racism.
