    In this episode Adam reviewed Mike Flanagan's latest feature The Life of Chuck, which is out in cinemas now and Jim shared his thoughts on The Toxic Avenger (2023), which goes on general release later this week.

    This recording also features our weekly look through the UK & Irish Box Office Top 10 and Jim picks out some of his favourite movies from this year's Edinburgh International Film Festival.

    There are also red-carpet interviews with Barnaby Roper, the director of All The Devils are Here, which received its world premiere at the festival along with some of the film's cast including Eddie Marsan, Burn Gorman and Tienne Simon. Jim also spoke with Paul Sng about his documentary Reality is Not Enough, a dynamic portrait of Scottish writer Irvine Welsh.
