The Myles and Grant Experience is a long form discussion between two long time friends. Often hilarious, the discussion also goes deep on mental health, how to survive in the modern world, keeping it simple, travel, living purposefully (the no B.S. approach) and the miracle of life. Often on point, and often totally off track. This is as honest and fulfilling as it gets... enjoy.

The creators Myles and Grant are looking long term. Their aim is to build a community of listners, who are willing to be open and honest about mental health. Who are willing to ask their fellow man, if they are ok, when they notice a person is suffering. Grant and Myles are hoping that through their conversation about the tools, they use to deal with life´s ebb and flow and through infectious laughter, they will enspire others to openly communicate with people in their enviroment to share discussion, tools, ideas and honesty on how to help live a motivated and beautiful existance.

    Welcome Dear Listeners

If I could just interrupt you for a moment. to take a step forward into some positive thoughts and healthy processes.

We have got to take a moment for yourself. This has to be one of the funniest conversations for two middle aged men who are just trying to find a way through to peaceful surrounds and a little less negative vibration.

It might seem hard to believe that conversations and realisations can come from just that. Two men of the world sitting in disbelief of what the Blumen heck, is going down these days.

Get ready for an episode packed with belly laughs, light-hearted humour, and seriously good energy! Grant and Myles dive into the week that was — with Myles enjoying a fairly structured week, while Grant navigated one that was a little more chaotic. Through it all, both gentlemen reflect on an important realisation: with a strong meditation practice, it’s possible to find peace day-to-day by not getting lost in thought, waking up from thought association, and returning to the present moment.
