This week: Intrepid reporter Janice Jefferies is assigned an angle for a story on a serial killer known as the "Eastside Ripper" that has been terrorizing the East Side of 1889 Portland, Oregon. The current rumor is that the killer is a vampire, which puts all the vampire citizens in the Vampire Quarter of the city at risk for reprisals from the human citizens.
