In this episode, I share 4 career paths that I wish I had considered sooner. They are not only incredbile but, likely fit a few different types of personality types, preferences, lifestyles, and may be more sustainable for some of my neurodivergent Music Executives.

  • How to Avoid Burn Out as a Musician
    Nov 21 2023

    Send us a Text Message.

We have all been there. I hope that this is not the truth but it probably is.

Burn out. But because we have to work to eat, we are simply "pushing through." And what do we get when pushing through essentially leaves our bodies, our emotional states, our well being in jeopardy?

    BURN OUT.

So in this episode, I wanted to be transparent with you and share how I've been able to identify when I am getting burned out and what I have done to combat that as I continue to navigate this industry.

I discuss my version of the levels of burn out, the effects that they have on our physical state, creative state, and clarity state.

From there, I share an experiment (that ended up working, quite frankly) that helped me notice burn out sooner rather than later. And now, 90 days into my experiment, I have not experienced debilitating burn out in quite some time.

I hope you are enjoying the podcast. Don't forget to share it with a friend.
