For this podcast, I talk about delaying gratification and the knowledge needed to be in this industry. Being a Multifamily Real Estate Agent is a great industry to be in but it will take time. New agents need to understand that the first few months will be hard for many reasons; the main one being, no closed transactions. But once you start getting traction, it gets a lot better. Another very important thing is the right mentorship. If your broker does not care about you from the start, you need to pivot and find a better mentor.
