Burnout is not just a business problem Burnout is a state of chronic stress that can lead to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. It can happen to anyone, but it's becoming increasingly common in the Christian community. There are a number of reasons why burnout is happening to so many Christians. One reason is that we're often putting too much pressure on ourselves to be perfect. We feel like we have to be everything to everyone, and we don't know how to say no. Another reason is that we're often not taking enough time for ourselves. We're so busy serving others that we forget to take care of ourselves. Burnout is not just a personal problem. It's also a church problem. When Christians are burned out, they're not able to serve the church effectively. They're not able to be the people God created them to be.

Join Nick and his wife Liz as they discuss their trip and takeaways from the experience. The Ark Encounter is a recreation of Noah's Ark and contains exhibits demonstrating the age of the Earth, creation, and events surrounding Genesis from a biblical perspective. The Creation Museum likewise details animals, creation, and more from a biblical perspective!

You've probably heard of the "separation of church and state" at some point. Often cries that Christians are becoming too involved in politics. Is it biblical for Christians to be involved?
