Ambition is still seen as dirty and unladylike for women by way too many. This resonanted with me since I believe ambition is a good thing for anyone who embraces it and does no harm in its pursuit.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode as I learned unknown facts about Meghan and Serena, concerning their children and their reactions as mothers. We've all had heart-wrenching real-life parenting experiences. Many working moms have also dealt with the archetype assigned to us, simply because we're women who work outside of our homes.

EXPERIENCES SHARED & HER POINTING OUT THE OBVIOUS & CASUAL WAYS SOCIETY PUT WOMEN DOWN

Surprised myself picking this one. Cheesy but thoughtful. Opened a conversation women, in particular don't like to have. In a world of selective feminism, the convo a little ahead of it's time. Likely, most women experience these things discussed. Maybe not on a world stage but as an engineer in the construction industry, it's sometimes suttle, at times obvious, at times oblivious... it's the man who comes & stands right in front of you while you're looking at bldg plans, cuts you off while you're mis-sentence, it's your boss telling other people, you're "a real spit fire." It's the guy who walks past you & asks your male colleague if he's in charge here!
Not a podcast I'd typically navigate to, but I'd recommend it as a nice lightweight listen.

I love this podcast because Meghan and the team not only talk about the Archetype but bring knowledgeable people to speak about the etymology of typecast, how it is misconstrued, and the way Ambition is thought of when a man or a woman is exhibiting it.
