The Minsk accords

In this episode, I bring a brief throwback on how the west collectively betrayed Russia in the name of the Minsk accords based on the recent confessions of a former German Chancellor and how is it that simply Russia can't be blamed for the War. I've taken the Munich agreement as the reference and explained it in brief as well.
