PostScript: In the 70's the Rebbe sent Mr. Sam Melamed tiles to be used to create a Mikva in Nigeria. For whatever reason, the project was delayed..
Because of the publicity of this story, Mr. Melamed found out about this and is now helping to fund the mikvah!!
