Nelson's stated aim is to revive a historical period that is much like Game of Thrones (with fewer dragons) from the bland pages of history books. He does that wekl, and in bite sized chunks that both provide enough information to chew on for a while and to leave you wanting more. A fascinating listen about a period that isn't really talked about much.
