The Med Spa Industry's Downfall: Ideal Image Bankruptcies, Corporate Healthcare, and Wellness Trends

Ideal Image bankrupted their Canadian companies in 2023, started closure of the Canadian ones that year, and is now selling off all of the United States locations. Their Tampa headquarters is officially closing down, and they filed an employment act, also known as a Warren Act, which requires certain employers to give notice before you just close down HQ.
