All those offers we get saying we are pre-qualified are just lures for us to try and apply so they can turn around and decline us a loan using our credit score as a lousy excuse. It's the game of narcissism in action! It is full of illusions and we learn to stop allowing these false promises to trick us into self-disappointment.
