In Episode 2025_28 of The Martial Arts Lifestyle Podcast, host Tim Becherer interviews martial artist and author Derik Everett at The Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts. Derik started his journey in martial arts training informally with his father in his small town in Minnesota. After studying animation during his university years in South Dakota, he moved to Los Angeles to get into the movie and tv industry. There he discovered the Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts and his formal martial arts training began. He's taken up surfing and teaches lessons and most recently, wrote a book called Harmony Minded. Tune in and hear his story.
