In this episode, Dashi and Eray talk to Sven Meierhofer, Head of Operations at Smart Infrastructure. Sven candidly discusses a bold experiment in his department. Inspired by the principle of «Collaborative Leadership», his team wanted to try out what it would be like to dismantle traditional hierarchical structures and distribute responsibility among several team leaders. The experiment initially looked promising, but it soon became clear what wasn't working, and the experiment had to be abandoned after 18 months. Sven openly describes how he experienced this setback and explains why he would be willing to try the experiment again at any time.
