“Send Coach John a message”
Another gem from Inky Johnson (@inkyjohnson) and he shares his thoughts about “The language of GRATITUDE!” Check out the clip HERE. He opens up with a very strong thought that I’ve never made a connection to! If we forget the language of gratitude - we will never be on speaking terms with happiness. Focusing on the things I’m grateful for - every single day - that helps to keep depression, emotional downturns, feeling bad about myself, getting worked up about my worries and the worries of the world - they cannot exist in a grateful heart! Inky’s whole thought about gratitude “recalibrates” us and puts us in the right spot to be better, do better, listen better, learn better, etc. In today’s world - I need that for sure!! How about you?? Do me and yourself, a favor. Go out there and get connected with Inky Johnson. Thanks for listening.
