God listens to YOU

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭17‬ (‭NLT‬‬) The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭29‬ (‭NLT‬‬) “The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayers of the righteous.”

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭12‬ (‭NLT‬‬) The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil.

‭‭Revelation‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ (‭NLT‬‬) And when he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.

Trust God listens to you. God hears your prayers. God answers your prayers. God helps you. God rescues you from your troubles. Pray knowing God listens.

‭‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭2‬:‭17‬-‭18‬ (‭NLT‬‬) “‘In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on my servants—men and women alike— and they will prophesy.”

God speaks by the Holy Spirit through the Bible, prayer, circumstances, and the church to reveal Himself, His purposes, and His ways.

“I have a plan for your life”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29‬:‭11‬-‭14‬ (‭NLT‬‬) “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you,” says the Lord. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.”

Trust God to Speak. If you doubt your ability to hear, trust God’s ability to speak. Seek God to speak. Be free to know and do God’s will. Commit in advance to obey what God says. Take serious what God is saying to you. Write down what God says to you. Obey the last thing God spoke to you.

‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭47‬ (‭NLT‬‬) Anyone who belongs to God listens gladly to the words of God. But you don’t listen because you don’t belong to God.
