What I realized was that I knew the "surface level self" quite well. However, the deeper true authentic me, is what I have spent the last three years getting to know.
It has been a journey of unwrapping the different layers of who I am. It's been a journey of awareness, self-love, and acceptance. Join me in this episode as I share with you the different ways that I deepened my relationship with myself.
