    It's race week again for Izzi as she prepares for the 3000m at Maurie Plant Meet this weekend in Melbourne - Izzi has recovered well from Nagoya and puts together another solid week of training.

    Andy meanwhile hits some very big numbers in Bendigo as his prep for London steps up a notch. Andy also reveals another upcoming race on his calendar that we weren't expecting.
