  • Jay has been investing in real estate since 2015. In that time, he has completed 100s of deals in fix/flip, seller finance, vacant land, and wholesaling. His portfolio includes rentals and promissory notes, along with self storage and mobile home park holdings. He currently excels at creating cash flow and stable income opportunities for investors and retirees using the seller finance business model.

    Prior to investing, he earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. From there, he spent 10+ years in the automotive industry managing projects, developing new products, and generating intellectual property.

    Jay is engaged to his fiancé Mimi and they have a baby boy on the way. Outside of real estate, you can find him shredding mountain bike trails or on the golf course.
