The Importance of Integration

In attending Garrain Jones’ Awaken The Artist Within Retreat, I’ve given myself some time to integrate what came up for me going in to the retreat, my breakthroughs, and the aftermath. Which is why there’s a slight gap from my last episode. In doing this, it gave me the idea to share why it’s so important so sit with and integrate what comes up in your experiences so you can continue to grow, expand, and move forward in your own journey. Rather than distract your self with endless experiences.
