He began practicing astral projection and lucid dreaming at the age of 14, which opened him up to all kinds of paranormal activity and encounters. After 20 years of regularly having out-of-body experiences and exploring other dimensions of reality, he wrote and published a book detailing some of his most profound and unusual experiences, as well as teaching the methods he uses to induce these altered states of consciousness.
