In this episode, I get real about what I'd do differently if I started my career change today—no polish, just honest truth.

Month 1: Get brutally honest about what you actually want (not what sounds good)

Month 2: Run messy experiments—coffee chats, small projects, real testing (clarity comes from action, not planning)

Month 3: Build something simple while you still have income (one offer, basic online presence, actual conversations)

Months 4-6: Plan your exit responsibly (save 3-6 months expenses, line up bridge work, set a real date)

The truth: You'll never feel ready. The perfect time doesn't exist. But staying misaligned hurts worse than the discomfort of change.

Welcome to our new Lightworker Archetype Series! In this first episode, we're exploring what it looks like when the Alchemist, Performer, and Mystic archetypes come together in one person's work and business.

Lidia Lins spent 15 years building a successful career in environmental science—studying deep-sea organisms at 10,000 meters underwater, earning a double PhD, winning grants and prizes. But music was her first love at age 12, buried under the weight of what felt like a "real career." After a profound plant medicine experience, everything changed. She heard the truth she'd been silencing: her purpose wasn't to study life from the outside, but to breathe life back into people through sound and voice.

Today, Lidia merges her backgrounds in science, therapy, and yoga into a unique approach to voice activation—helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and communicate from their deepest truth. She released her debut album "Libertad" (Freedom) in 2023 and created "Your Naked Voice Mentorship," a 12-week program guiding others to vocal authenticity.
