    How can something so small, have such big implications for healing? This week on the podcast, hosts Stephanie Kersta and Carolyn Plater are joined by Tonya Papanikolov (B.Sc, CNP). Tonya is the Founder and CEO of Rainbo. She’s a Holistic Nutritionist, educator, entrepreneur and wellness leader. Tonya has been on a healing journey since she was 16 years old and has devoted her life’s work to helping people become healthier and more vibrant through functional nutrition, lifestyle and mycotherapy. Tonya educates on holistic wellness, mycotherapy and using food as medicine through 1:1 healing sessions, workshops, and retreats. Tonya has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences and is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Her first-hand healing experience with fungi began in 2011 which sparked her passion, reverence and belief in the magic of mushrooms. Since 2018, Tonya has been building the Rainbo brand and product line of dietary supplements and functional foods. Rainbo's mushrooms are grown locally and sustainably in Canada with love and healing intention. When she's not working on Rainbo, you can find Tonya in a forest foraging, hiking, or finding inspiration, creativity and energy through her practices of cooking, writing, reading, kundalini and meditation.
