Jerry Green: How can public school leaders effectively deliver these messages to stakeholders to cultivate diagnostic specificity as it relates to analyzing these problem areas that shift cultures from reactive to proactive? The data shows that when Contribution goes up, risky behaviors like substance abuse drop off significantly. You don't have to "fix" the bad
behaviors as much when you're busy fueling the good ones.
