  • Episode 68. Untold Histories
    Feb 20 2025

This episode tells 3 stories for Black History Month: the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, the 1971 Race Riots at Travis AFB, California, and the recently discovered mass graves behind a jail in Mississippi. We go into some similar threads from each of these histories, along with the connections I'm still seeing from all of my students and their stories. These stories and pieces of history are crucial to our understanding of the state of society and we can't let them be forgotten.
