We live in a world so keen to send us outside of ourselves for wisdom, answers and validation - nowhere more so than in the world of spirituality where teachers and influencers are only too keen to adopt the moniker of guru. But that's a dangerous path, and one that's only ever likely to take us further from the power and truth that lie within us.
