In this episode, I recap my marathon experience in Málaga that took place on December 14th 2025.

Unfortunately, I failed at hitting my goal and golden milestone of sub 3h but I still got a big new 38-minute PB/PR (From ~3:49 to 3:11:20 at 4:32/km) and didn't quit despite of me going through the pain cave mentally and physically in the second half, including dealing with cramps on both legs for the last 7-8km's.

The support from the crowd at the end was phenomenal and definitely helped me to get through it as I had to briefly stop to strech my cramped up hamstring with 1km to go.

Málaga is a beautiful city and the organization of the race from the point of registration to post-race was absolutely top notch, highly recommend it and it's fast and scenic course!

In this episode, I finally got to record a conversation with someone who I consider as a big brother, the great Emmanuel Imana.

Bear with us as we had a bunch of technical issues and ended up having to record remotely through our phones, so the audio quality is not top notch but the episode is without a doubt a GREAT one!

I've been wanting to get him on the podcast for years, he's someone I've got great respect for and his life story is remarkably inspiring.

We dive deep into Emmanuel's life story, from surviving the 1994 genocide in Rwanda to coming over to Europe, overcoming his traumas and all types of adversities while also building up his faith and creating an abundant life.

In a future episode with him, we'll dive deeper into his journey as an entrepreneur and what he has learned both indirectly and directly from wealthy and affluent individuals.
