The Great Resignation in DFIR

Forensics is supposed to a field based in science, however, topics such as DEI, lack of ethnical representation in the field, micro aggressions etc as the reason for people leaving is not based in science. Especially when the only result of the conversation is we need to study it more but DEI is important.
